Primary Sibling Pick Up Form
- Primary Sibling Pick-Up routine offers a more convenient and secure dismissal for your children. This will allow siblings to meet and exit together through designated gate(s) at the end of the school day.
- Passes will be issued, permitting primary students to be dismissed under the supervision of their secondary siblings, subject to prior parental consent obtained through this form.
- To ensure the secure dismissal of your children from the school premises, please complete all required sections of this form, providing accurate information for the safety of all students.
- Parents must complete the "Walk Home/Public Transport Request" form for the child responsible for picking up siblings.
- Students in Foundation Stage (EYFS), Year 1 and Year 2 must be collected by a parent or guardian. This form is not applicable to these year groups. Exception to this condition are solely at the discretion of the school and require the collecting sibling to be enrolled in Year 10 or above.
- Collection of students in Year 3 and above by an older sibling is permitted, subject to the collecting sibling being enrolled in Year 6 or above.
- Upon collection, the older sibling assumes full responsibility for the younger sibling(s) safety, and not the school.
- Siblings will be released only when passes are issued and visibly worn for confirmation.
