Walk Home/Public Transport Request

Your child's safety is our top priority. To ensure safe dismissal, we require parental consent for unaccompanied travel home from school. Please complete this form to provide that consent.

Terms and Conditions

No walk home pass will be issued to students in Year 7 and below.
If the student walking home is responsible for collecting younger siblings, parents must complete the "Primary Sibling Pickup" form.
Students in Foundation Stage and Years 1 are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult when arriving at or departing from school and while on school premises before and after the school day. This form is not applicable to these year groups. Exception to this condition are solely at the discretion of the school.
Students with a walk home pass can collect siblings in Year 2 and above provided the above conditions are met.
